don't think it's fair that just because you live in this environment you're placed into a stereotype  you're not going to make it on the hood he's just another victim of and it's not true that's what soon as you taught me  just try to meet the students where they so we don't necessarily lament the fact that they're not coming to us but the skills that they need but we really spend a lot of time and energy working with each student individually to try to help them move forward and to progress from wherever it is that they aren't to make sure that that student is getting exactly what he or she needs to be successful and to graduate Synergy just made me realize that the world isn't that easy they helped me out of expectation which to what I am today here at Synergy all of our teachers truly care about our students they don't see them as a massive group of students but they see the individual students always say everybody genuinely cares about my well-being about my success and I think that is fundamental in our coal we teach students organizational skills study skills language skills public speaking skills and then there is a really strong book incredible thinking and Analysis  the elementary school has won a variety of different Awards whether it's been at the state level or at the Nash stop off my middle school has been recognized are always at the top-tier which means that were competing with the magnet schools it exists in the district or high school is relatively new but in the past four years we've won the best high schools award the the u.s. news and the past three years our graduation rate has been this last graduating class they have beat the average at the state level as well as our local District local  160 party skates it's like I go into a whole different world the neighborhood I live in is it just stuff  Synergy has prepared me to be successful in the future because of synergy I want to effect social change  I want to change things that I see in my everyday life  good is better than what people think you are
